They have a really cute train that goes around the park every week that you can ride for free. They have a post office (the lady that works there is SO sweet. I adore her). They have bingo every Thursday night. They have a beauty salon, a library, and they have several dog parks. Also, they have a little mini golf course. It really is a great place. It is a gated community.

This was our first experience with an Encore property in Texas, as part of our Thousand Trails membership. We're loving the over age 55 aspect, and all the activities in the park. We had a lot of problems pulling into the spot we were originally assigned. We're 42' long (just the fifth wheel) and there was just no way we were going to fit so they were quick to accommodate us in the spot next to it. That was much easier, and we were finally able to get set up before dark. We spent two weeks at Fun-N-Sun and it just wasn't enough. We enjoyed so many of the things they had to offer - the library, putting puzzles together, watching birds at the aviary, watching RC car races, playing shuffleboard and pool, and so much more. I will say that the spots are all close together, no one's having to mow much grass, that's for sure. Everyone is kinda piled on top of each other, but it doesn't seem to matter. There is not one single person we met that wasn't friendly and accommodating. We had no less than six people stop and say hello as we were setting up on the first evening. That has never happened in over three full years of full-time RVing. Everything we asked, everywhere we went, anything we needed, someone was friendly and eager to help. We were ready to move into a place of our own by the end of the second week. This was only solidified when I found out they have a quilting group, and my husband found out they have a HAM radio group. We're sold. We'll be back when we can. We had a great visit and will be happy to recommend to anyone.

This used to be a great park but no more. There are too many issues to list. Definitely would not recommend. Paid fo 1 week, left after 2 days. There are much better choices.
