This is a cool place. We didn't stay here, but had reserved a 4-hour time slot for access to Christmas Mountain trail through the Lodge, as they manage it for Texas State University. Every staff member encountered was very friendly, the nearby bath house was great to use the restroom and clean up, and all was good to go as we arrived, signed the paperwork, and headed up the mountain.

No TV or Microwave but the restaurant called Bad Bunny was very good. We had Chicken Fried Steak and Shrimp Tacos which were homemade and super good. Service by Bo was very good. Only drawback was it's a 90 minute drive to the closest entrance at Maverick Junction by Teriingua. Nice lodge, very remote but a long way to Big Bend Park.

I had a great stay at the Terlingua Ranch Lodge! The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water with good pressure, which is nice after a day of hiking in Big Bend National Park. The rooms have a microwave and fridge, but no televisions, which is nice and gives you an off the grid experience that I enjoy from time to time. The restaurant had great food and quick service and we even got to enjoy some live music for our dinner one evening! I would absolutely stay here again and hope I can one day.

Away from the rest of town and quite a drive to the park but Id say its worth staying here. The cabins comfortable, the staff were pleasant, even when busy. The cafe on site was a life saver and food was pretty good. Enjoyed our stay here.

It was our 1st time at Terlingua Ranch Lodge. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the rooms were. We stayed in a 2-double bed room. Of note, there are no coffee makers in the rooms. I read that on the website, so I brought my own coffee maker. There is an amazing restaurant on-site, Bad Rabbit Cafe. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing homestyle food. It's fun because you are in the middle of nowhere with amazing mountain views and out of this world dark skys at night with amazing stars. I highly recommend the Terlingua Ranch Lodge.

This is a decent little park away from the busy highway so it's nice and quiet. It's been a while since I was there but it seems like the wifi was on par with most parks that have it. I don't believe it had a laundry or shower house. Frank was the manager and plenty helpful and friendly. I would stay again if back in the area.

Overall a great country feel to it. Gated and safe. Very peaceful at night. Frank the owner really goes out of his way to accommodate his guests. He does have RVs for rent as well as spaces. Place is very well kept and clean. I will without a doubt come back.

Frank then tells me he will have his wife send me a link to send a deposit. Once again never sent me info to put a deposit sad thing is I could have paid the whole month over the phone. So on my way down here I called other parks and found one with spots thank god. Because I get a text saying I have no spots left as I was actually just getting to Wharton area. If I would not have called other parks I would have bee. Screwed. Really unprofessional. As for the park itself I have not been to it. But was definitely the worse customer service I have ever dealt with trying to reserve a spot.
