Absolutely the best location for a nice, secluded getaway during launches! You're quite LITERALLY a stones throw away from Starbase. If they have availability, don't even think twice... book immediately!! And big shout-out to Anthony, not only is he the best kind of person but he's the kinda guy you can instantly bond with over your love of space exploration 🚀

We had a fantastic experience visiting the Starbase area, made exceptionally better by Anthony. His knowledge of the past, present, and future of Starbase and the Boca Chica area is encyclopedic. He took the time to explain the technical details and the history in a way that captivated both us adults and our kids. He gave us great local insights and truly made us feel welcome in the community. If... We had a fantastic experience visiting the Starbase area, made exceptionally better by Anthony. Anthony is a true ambassador for the space community here. Truly the highlight of our family's visit to the gateway to Mars.

I have no idea how this place has 5 star reviews unless they called all their friends to do the reviews. The place is a total dump. I have a 4x4 Super C and I wouldn't take it to Rocket Ranch. In addition, the place is surrounded by tall trees. You can't see anything, not to mention the rockets. The best thing that could happen to Rocket Ranch is to have it condemned, bought by Space X, and bulldozed. If you want to watch a launch, your best bet is to buy a ticket for the roof of the Holiday Inn, but don't stay there, just get the roof ticket. A good place to stay is the Comfort Inn up the road from the Holiday Inn about 3 miles.

Not impressed with presentation. Place was very junky, house was not place for video, video was not ready, gate not open and owner not ready, just drove by space x, which I could do with my car. Best thing was Black Bear restaurant but not included in ticket price of $50.00. Would not recommend.
