Sites have nice fire pits that come with complementary fire wood. The only thing we thought of that could be an improvement would be gravel for the sites instead of dirt because the dirt gets tracked into the RV, but that is a minor point. Great place to stay, very quiet, clean, and friendly. We have already recommended it to our friends.

We stayed 2 months over the winter and really enjoyed our stay. The people are amazing and service is truly outstanding. If you have dogs, they will absolutely love the outdoors, lots of trees, squirrels to chase. The amenities are great and club house open 24hrs. The only downside would be the laundry room, but this will be soon improved with new management. Would recommend if you need to stop in... The friendliness of the staff & people residing in the park is absolutely amazing. The 1st day we were invited to the club house to watch College football & eat free food…. This is by far the most kid friendly, pet welcoming & cleanest RV Park we have stayed in. Being new to the RV life & not knowing much about how to troubleshoot our minor issues that arise, the staff & neighbors we have as a community are more than willing to help & lend a hand saving us time & money!! So happy that we have found a place like this to have long term residence for our travel trailer. Thank u Rusty Boot for accepting us & our child along with our fur baby!!! Feels great to be a part of a community of friendly, helpful, kind & courteous people!!

Just came to sister's for a few days here. It's full for a reason, it's really nice. Management is A+. She went and got a pump to air up electric bike tire that went flat so sister wouldn't have to walk it home. Far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle but
