If you want a clean quiet place to get off of the road, take a hot shower and do some laundry, this is a place to stay. They have a nice medium size dog play area. Beautiful laundry. Great showers. No pool or playground but room for bicycles. A number of guests are long term, working in the area, but their sites are well kept and tidy. The park is gated. Walmart delivers. Update, still clean and... If you want a clean quiet place to get off of the road, take a hot shower and do some laundry, this is a place to stay. They have a nice medium size dog play area. Never met the previous owners. It changed ownership just as we were getting there. But the new owner was great. Prompt with issuing refund on the deposit after I left, didn't even need to call him about it. Other than that the showers and laundry facilities were nice/clean. My dad had a problem with the power post, owners replaced it in under an hour.
