We needed a spot just for the night driving to Padre Island. Great little place! Mary was very nice and helpful. Late check in was made very easy. Thanks so much for staying up for us!

My lovely wife and I lived in one of their cabins for 11 months while our home was being remodeled. South 40 has beautiful views of Texas landscapes, including the iconic Longhorns! We enjoyed peaceful walks and meeting other campers. Everyone seemed relaxed and agreed that the South 40 is a hidden gem. Our cabin was very well maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a long stay. We will... My lovely wife and I lived in one of their cabins for 11 months while our home was being remodeled. All of the above was great, but the best part of our experience was how we were treated. Bobby and Mary Ross are amazing! They treated us just like family!

This is by far the quietest park we have ever stayed in. We just stayed here for an overnight on our way home and it was great for that. We didn’t use the pool. Mary, the owner, was very cordial and helpful and met us with her golf cart and took us to our site. There are a number of full timers in here, but they have designated sites for overnighters. It’s a good overnight stop

Park is new and consists mostly of long term folks. Never met the manager or owner. Spoke with owner over the phone. Very nice guy. The park was quiet and everyone pretty much kept to themselves. If you ever have to stay just leave your money in an envelope and slide it through the office mail slot. Pretty easy self serve set up.

I had no problems while I was living in my RV here for college. They warn you when they are going to do construction or things that might make noise, and always got our deposit out in a timely manner.

RV Park was conveniently located to the highway and pretty much any retail store needed. RV Park was clean, orderly, and very quiet. Access in/out and the back-in executive site had plenty large for my 40ft Class A w 3 slides and a rental car. Their on-line reservation system was simple and easy to book. Was also super easy to extend our stay by 2 more days. Next time in Tyler, this will... RV Park was conveniently located to the highway and pretty much any retail store needed. It's basic and new, full hookups and a laundry room... but I'm here to work 3 months and go. Works for me and location feels safe.

South Tyler RV park was the perfect place for our first RV stay. It was clean, quiet and peaceful! Brian and Robyn Capps were very responsive and the reservations, move in and payments were easy to handle. Their onsite manager was friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here!
