Very comfortable here, very affordable ! This is home, full time RV living almost a year. Thanks Matt. ! We just moved back here again, we sold our home and knew this was where we were to come until time to buy again . Our last stay was about 14 months. The owners Matt and Randie are awesome folks. The Owner was totally accomodating of my needs for move in date, gave me a great lot, added amenities to suit my vehicle needs and have found the whole experience and environment to me the most relaxing. Neighbors are friendly, not intrusive. The location is great with minimal commute to town, the lake and to the neighboring cities of Celina and Aubrey. Lived there for 6 months and couldnt have... I have family that resides in the park. I am a Long haul truck driver and can't really find places often that will allow me to park my semi. On this visit, the owner cleared a spot for my truck so I can park it for the weekend and it was very very kind of him to do! I appreciate the hospitality. It's a quiet property and everyone I have seen or met is polite and waves. They have done major updates... I have family that resides in the park. I am a Long haul truck driver and can't really find places often that will allow me to park my semi. On this visit, the owner cleared a spot for my truck so I can park it for the weekend and it was very very kind of him to do! I appreciate the hospitality. They have a dog park now and they tarred the main driveway and put rocks on top of it so you wont be driving through ruts and mud holes. All around great place and great staff.
