As you can see in the picture- there are supposed to be fire rings and picnic tables at each site. There aren’t enough picnic tables to go around and there wasn’t a fire ring in sight. The pool (too cool to use this time of the year anyway) had green on the bottom- but the hot tub that would have been great to use this time of the year was empty. We never saw anyone from the office the entire two weeks we were there. I have to hope they were having a great Christmas break somewhere. With the near fantastic reviews posted here we were disappointed.

Had game night and lots of fun. The game room has lots of games, puzzles, snacks, etc.. well equipped.

I had such a nice, peaceful time at the Vista Ridge RV Park! The cabin I rented was super cute and had everything I needed for a quiet weekend getaway. It was super clean as well! They made sure I knew where everything was located and how to get in touch if I needed anything. Saturday night we enjoyed fun games in the Clubhouse along with some snacks and music. The morning before leaving I got to experience more of the grounds during a walk with my pup (yes, it's pet friendly!) and it was very calming hearing the water as the San Antonio river runs along the property! I definitely want to return when the weather warms up so I can enjoy the pool and hot tub and more of what the surrounding areas have to offer as well. 10/10 recommend!

This was our second stay and we plan many more in the near future.

Very nice park with great management. Very wide and long concrete pads. Truly big rig friendly. Stay here for a day or a year. Great value for the money. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 months, and had a wonderful time. The location is great, as you're about a 5 minute drive to downtown Bryan, and a 10 minute drive to campus. There is also a Walmart about 5 minutes away in case you need anything. The onsite restrooms are spacious and were always clean. They also refill propane onsite for a very reasonable price. The other residents we met were always kind. Shout-out Mike. We checked so many other RV sites in town, and I couldn't imagine finding a better one in the area than Timber Ridge.

Beautiful park centrally located to Texas A&M and George HW Bush Library. The management is some of the best we have seen over the years. Attention to detail is second to none….they actually power wash the lot pads to stay ahead of the mildew created by the TX humidity. This is a 10 out of 10 property

We have been staying at TimberRidge during Aggie football season since they opened. It’s a great location and the current managers Penny and Allen are fabulous. It’s close enough to be convenient to everything but far away enough to not have all the traffic and noise

We had a fantastic time. Our dogs loved it. The pool was not open as we were there in early May however, great place to stay. Close to everything yet secluded and quiet. We will be back again.

We stayed here in the end of November to end of December 2025 it’s a very quiet park the lady in the office was great very pleasant and accommodating. However the park needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The wooden fences are all but falling apart and the picnic table we had was not any better. We were at site 71 behind the dog park and the “poop” container wasn’t emptied once while we were there. So flies were a constant issue. And the laundry area was very dirty the machines were dirty floors too and door was full of spider webs on the outside. They also had several free range cats that were everywhere. We never saw a walking trail or a fishing spot other than one a local Rver cut a path out for us. It could be a nice place if it was kept up with maintenance issues. And one more thing. It use to be a Nudist park but the front half is now accepting r v renters but the back half is still a nudist camp. We would have liked to have been told that prior although we never saw any nudity or inappropriate anything.! So if you like peaceful quiet and no updates it’s your park . But we would prefer to have a more updated clean park than what was there.
