So we had no shower code to get in to the Shower and no WIFI. She answered VERY PROMPTLY the next morning. My partner was looking for the shower and accidentally walked into an open “cabin” and promptly left. But I should have checked before we left to go there. The owners live on the property and it is absolutely beautiful. We had Spot #3 which I believe is the BEST spot on the property. The grass is green and lush. They have their own fishing pier as it’s right on a canal. I could have sat outside forever just watching and enjoying. Lots of trees. A VERY clean Shower with a toilet and a sink. They also have a laundry room with several washers and dryers. I think most of the RVs here are full timers. Their rates are the best I’ve seen $40 for non permanent campers and I think somewhere in the low $300s for full time plus $15 extra (for the full timers) if you want direct TV. They do allow dogs on leashes. Two of mine got loose and gave me a good run around the park. Plus a man who told me the dogs needed to be on leashes while I’m chasing my weenie dog and Mini Aussie around like a crazy person. They have 3 tiny homes for rent as well and they look really nice from the outside and I think are relatively cheap for over night. All in all this place is a TRUE HIDDEN GEM and WELL WORTH CHECKING OUT!

We've had one issue with our electrical when the owners were on vacation, and it was still resolved within a couple of hours. We are beyond thankful to find such a beautiful and comforting place.

Best RV park in Sargent. Best price with the most amenities. They've got laundry & propane on site. Great fishing right on the property too. Family owned and everyone is just friendly. Very fair on price, 50/30 amp, great water pressure. Pull through and back in sites on concrete slabs. Just minutes from the Gulf.
