Nancy is awesome! We arrived at the wrong place after dark. She sent a link to follow to find 12th Park and even moved us to a space easier to find in the dark. She texted the codes for the laundry and restrooms so I didn't have to write them down. I was frazzled and she was patient and just plain helpful...which is so rare today. The park was super clean and the clubhouse was the best I've seen i... Nancy is awesome! We arrived at the wrong place after dark. This is seriously the best place to ever bring your camper or rent a small cabin in BCS. Nancy and her team do a fantastic job every time, for everyone that stays here. You will be missing out if you don’t stay here. Gig em!

Wow, amazing spot, easy in & out. Love how they take care of you and make sure you are good. Bathrooms & Showers super clean! Phenomenal to work with, and on gameday they shuttle you to and from the stadium at no extra cost!!! Already looking forward to coming back.

12th Park RV in College Station, Texas, is a fantastic park. The park is well maintained and Nancy, the manager is awesome. She takes great care of the facility and guests. If you’re looking for a great location near Texas A&M for game days , or for students at A&M, this is the place. Lots of Aggie connections at the park. I highly recommend 12th Park RV and Resort and Nancy.

Large RV park surrounded by open fields. It is on top of a hill, so there is almost always a breeze. There is a mix of long term and short term tenants with strict regulations about how the sites are maintained. Sites are mostly level, compacted gravel. Bath houses, as well as laundry facilities, are scattered throughout the park. Staff was accommodating and willing to assist. They accept package... Large RV park surrounded by open fields. It is on top of a hill, so there is almost always a breeze. There is a mix of long term and short term tenants with strict regulations about how the sites are maintained. Sites are mostly level, compacted gravel. Bath houses, as well as laundry facilities, are scattered throughout the park. Staff was accommodating and willing to assist. They accept packages on behalf of guests. Also, fill portable propane tanks.
