If they took care of the empty lots and don't let the weeds get 4 ft high, while charging us fees when they think our yard is unacceptable to them, that would be great. They keep the pool clean. That's the 2 stars they did get. Charging someone a fee while violating that same offense is not good business. The pics are empty lots.

Update----- we had snow in 2026 and the park went without water for 5 days. What a good start for year 2026 . And no water was provided to residents just excuses. And this won't be the last time. Die to that is causes your mobile home pipes to busted and require repair!!!! I have lived here for four years, and I’m writing this to save someone else the regret. Every year, management tremendously increases the rent while the living conditions decline. Safety & Chaos: This is no longer a peaceful community. I’ve seen the SWAT team bust into a house for gang activity and witnessed multiple arrests. Neighbors have shot rockets/fireworks directly through the streets near mobile homes with zero regard for fire safety. People play music so loud for 5+ hours that you can hear it inside your own home, and management does absolutely nothing. They tell you to call Monday, then nothing changes. Living Conditions: The water is a disaster. It gets cut off almost every other week, and when it is on, it smells like raw sewage. Despite these utility issues, they still harass residents about mowing their lawns even when it’s been raining for days. The Towing & Management: While they supposedly slowed down, ARS Towing has been a nightmare here, tearing up cars and removing them for unnecessary reasons. The management has no shame in raising prices while the park turns into a dangerous place to live. Bottom Line: Read all the reviews and believe them. Between the stray animals everywhere, the sewage-smelling water, and the crime, you will regret moving . Good luck to anyone who joins the "team" here—you’ll need it

This place has changed a lot sense they got new owners! They go up in rent at least once a year! Also theirs always water issues either outside leaks or other issues requiring water to be shut off @ random times! I definitely don't recommend living or moving here from personal experience!

Hello again! I'm grateful to be here, but it doesn't mean I am completely satisfied. Here we go again with the rent raising and the trash/sewage increasing as well. Here we are, in January 2025, and I get a notification that rent will be increasing yet again by $43.00. This is a yearly thing with the rent and sometimes a biyearly thing with the trash/sewage. Lord, help me afford to leave this place and find my own plot of land. This is getting to be unbearable. Reading the other comments, I now know that I am not the only person experiencing these types of abuses. There isn't even a dumpster on my end of the alley. I promise it's like a quarter mile from where we live! (I'm sure it's not, but when you are hauling trash, it sure feels like it.) Lord, please help me!

The SWAT team busting into a house across the street for teenager gangs. Multiple arrests have happened here it's just not peaceful anymore I've been here going on 3 years and it's just gotten worse. When you call to complain about it they tell you it's the weekend they can't do nothing about it to call on Monday then you call on Monday and they say they're going to handle it and you don't ever know if it does cuz it happens again I'm just so frustrated $600 a month for water that gets cut off damn near every other week smell like dookie I mean it's just ridiculous and then they're harassment of we're supposed to mow our lawns but it's been raining for three days straight like it's just crazy man good luck if you join the team at airline mobile home park . Also not mentioning ARS towing vehicles still to this day after they were sued multiple times for tearing up the cars here like they got some real manpower around here I guess. Anyways anyone that joins the airline mobile home park I wish you well and God bless 🙄
