Didn’t feel safe after that, luckily it was our last night. -the pool was clean -the in-room coffee was good

Absolutely love this place and the people! We stay here anytime we are in the area. The rooms have always been clean and in working order. If ever something was not right, or I had ANY issues they have ALWAYS been addressed ASAP all we had to do was ask. The manager and all staff are so helpful and friendly. They do their best to make sure everyone feels welcomed. I will say, this is a small hotel... Absolutely love this place and the people! We stay here anytime we are in the area. I will say, this is a small hotel in a small town, so if you are expecting a 5 star room, you may want to look at the more expensive hotels in Waco. If you are looking for a decent, reasonably priced room with friendly staff, this is a great place to stay!

First thing we found a dirty pillow it look like urine stains on it, the couch bed in the second room was collapsing you could feel the wires through the mattress we had to stack two comforters on it just to be able to sleep on it. You could not put the air conditioner on a low temperature to cool off the room because it would start blowing hot air also the fan in the wall to get air into the second room was not working so we had to go buy our own fan the clock radio in the room kept making static noises so we had to unplug it. the sink stopper was broken The shower handles We're dirty, there were stains on the outer cover of the bedspread there was a slit in the bottom of our ice bucket the pool had dead crickets and they never were cleaned out the whole time we were there, the tables outside of the pool area we're dirty I asked the receptionist for a rag to clean them off and she laughed at me like it wasn't a big deal so I got wet paper towels and clean them myself. if I could show you pictures I would because I did take pictures but it's not letting me post them.
