I’m sad that I feel the need to mention I’m a woman of color, but I did experience some issues. It’s been a while and I couldn’t write a review at the time because I was too upset. Please bear with me as I write this. The owners were kind, and I truly appreciated the care they put into the property. The owner’s wife, in particular, was wonderful - planting beautiful trees and keeping everything... I’m sad that I feel the need to mention I’m a woman of color, but I did experience some issues. It’s been a while and I couldn’t write a review at the time because I was too upset. Please bear with me as I write this. The owners were kind, and I truly appreciated the care they put into the property. The owner’s wife, in particular, was wonderful - planting beautiful trees and keeping everything looking nice. I also really liked the RV cover, which gave me a sense of safety, especially during an approaching hell storm. Unfortunately my experience during my stay became very stressful. A lot happened that made it hard to stay. Just to share ONE of the things that happened someone tampered with my RV, which was frightening, but the owner arranged for a guy to fix. I was so nervous and upset that I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage along with a trash bag and the owner helped me retrieve them. I left like a complete wreck. Ultimately a lot happened that made it impossible for me to stay, and I had to call the police and move out immediately. The owner suggested that RV living might not be for me and encouraged me to consider apartments instead. The place itself is lovely, but my personal experience made it impossible for me to continue living there. Writing this years later I want to be honest about my experience. I truly appreciate the support I received.

Luv the covered spaces and quiet park. The owners are extremely accommodating and very nice too. Prices are fair for the location and coinside with going rate.

We've stayed at this campground for several years. We like it because it's quiet, safe, clean, families live there , and Ken is very helpful and friendly. It's also close to our favorite spot, the flee market which is a great place to find hidden gems.

This RV park is awesome, I'm parked next to a dog park with a good view. There are families here, which provides a safe atmosphere. It's only 8 minutes from the Central Texas Market Place! The owners, Ken Patcharee, went out of their way to accommodate my long term stay. It's my first time owning an RV, Ken even came by to help make sure my set up was where it needed to be. Grateful to be here.
