Ted Corley the office manager lies constantly. He's never in the office. I have talked to several people living here and we all have the same problems with him. I reported a leak months ago and Ted didn't do anything about it for so long my trailer started getting soft spots in the floor and wall damage. Ted lied and said it was from ac condensation. I had an ac maintenance guy come and he said theres no way all this damage was from ac condensation. He actually said my ac was fine and didn't even charge me a service call. I have a 5ft long 3ft wide and 4ft deep hole still filled with water under my trailer and its september now. The water flooded my yard and even started getting into my neighbors yard. One of the worst trailer parks in abilene Texas.

I can’t say enough great things about Tebo RV! My family of 5 traveled from GA to spend time with family that’s in Abilene. After reading tons of reviews I knew this would be the perfect place for our family. If you are an avid lover of ANY type of military jets, this is the perfect place to stay. My kids & husband really enjoyed watching the b-1 bombers doing their touch & go’s every day, along w... I can’t say enough great things about Tebo RV! My family of 5 traveled from GA to spend time with family that’s in Abilene. After reading tons of reviews I knew this would be the perfect place for our family. If you are an avid lover of ANY type of military jets, this is the perfect place to stay. My kids & husband really enjoyed watching the b-1 bombers doing their touch & go’s every day, along with the C-130! While the RV lot is right off the interstate & a train track.. while we’d hear the train every once in awhile, it didn’t bother us nor the kids through the night. For Tebo to be completely full of RV’s, it was extremely quiet through the day & night. A lot if not most of the people there are for work or live full time. Everyone is respectful & mindful of their neighbors which you dont see a lot of these days. There is no doubt that the owner takes pride in their RV park. They do a great job on keeping up with the grass around the RV’s. The bath/shower houses in the office were HUGE, and kept SO clean! Who knew FREE laundry would make you so happy, but truly was life saving as a family of 5. The laundry room was always kept clean, and everyone who dried clothes did a great job of emptying their lint & helping keep the area clean for the next person. The pool was extremely clean, and taken care of. In fact we would see the manager (I think) out with the water hose every morning washing off all the lounge chairs & cleaning around the pool. For the park to be completely full, the pool wasn’t ever crowded with people. The families that did come to the pool were always so kind & respectful so kudos to them! I did get the pleasure of speaking to the manager, in fact he has family in GA that isn’t far from where we live. You can tell that he takes pride in his job, as well as keeping those who stay there happy. He did mention that the site we stayed in was the only site they had available for nightly stays, but that the owner was possibly going to turn it into a full time/monthly base lot. I do know they are adding onto the park, with more spots that will be available. I do hope the owner keeps a few spots available for nightly stays, as we plan to visit Texas every other summer & would love to make Tebo our home away from home.

We stayed here for a week because my husband was working near by. We can't recommend this place enough. The manger was very nice and friendly. The amenities are also 10/10! I would definitely stay here again! The only draw back was the train track is feet away and you have the airforce base. They fly over periodically but nothing that ruined our stay! I’m still living at Patriot Park and I love it! I love that when I wake up and walk out my door there is the herd angus cattle at my fence ready to greet me, and being out in the country affords the best, THE BEST, sunsets ever. It is good, quiet, affordable country living and it’s only 5-6 miles to all that Abilene has to offer. The management is absolutely the best- very professional annd only... I’m still living at Patriot Park and I love it! I love that when I wake up and walk out my door there is the herd angus cattle at my fence ready to greet me, and being out in the country affords the best, THE BEST, sunsets ever. It is good, quiet, affordable country living and it’s only 5-6 miles to all that Abilene has to offer. I would highly recommend this rv park to anyone and everyone.. 👍👍 And let me add that I’m an older, old school, single female, and i immediately felt very safe here. One can keep as private as one would like, but there is comfort in knowing my neighbors keep an eye out for me. There are good, principled folks that live here. Yes indeed I highly recommend this RV Park!
