This park is the ideal place to be in beaumont. The complex is really nice, all concrete. Covered parking. Nearby anywhere in beaumont, port neches area. The management is the best reason to be at cardinal rv park. Miss Tatiana is the best. Very nice and her knowledge of the place shows she's dedicated to her job! Definitely will be back

I've visited the park several times and have enjoyed it. The place is quiet, clean, and safe. It's close to the highway, restaurants, and shops. My dog enjoys playing in the pet area. Ms. Tatyana is attentive, friendly, and care about safety. I recommend this place.

Stayed here while passing through. Found the park convenient. The site was flat and everything was in good working order. The bath houses were nice and clean. We were greeted when we arrived and made sure we were set up with no issues.

We stayed here for 5 months. You really can’t ask for a better RV park. We fulltime RV (CoxCamping YT) and stay at a lot of RV Parks, camps, and resorts. I’ve been disappointed many times in the past. This is an excellent location for short or long term stay. Let’s get into why. -Location: Beaumont, let’s be honest, not the greatest place. But if you’re stopping in or near Beaumont, this is a great stop and a safe bet. It’s right off a main highway and tucked in the middle of an industrial zones district. Why is this important? The main reason Beaumont has a blemish is property crime; but this primarily happens in heavy shopping areas and residential areas. This RV park is in neither area. So any trepidation we had about crime, was squashed. The closest business is an engineering shop and honestly, I was never bothered by noise. And I work from the RV all day; and I’m a bit of a Karen when it comes to noise while I’m home. -The Spots: All slips are concrete pads. They’re pretty spaced out considering the cost of the park, as being reasonable. The park has beautiful grass that is well kept. Full hookups kind of as you’d expect. -Staff: The staff was very accommodating. I won’t go into details, but the staff seemed on top of the clients’ potential needs. Kept the park tidy. Very responsive. You can’t ask for better staff. -What to do: The nice thing about this park, it’s about 10 minutes from everything. Shopping, grocery, restaurants, recreation. It almost has a strategic advantage for things to do. Amenities: Typical amenities you’d expect of a park. Well kept bathrooms with privacy. The playground always had kids playing. Dog park. Ect. Check the website for more. Bonus: if you’re in town, check out JWilsons Restaurant, it’s excellent. The mall is also still alive in Beaumont. An interesting dive bar with music called Madison’s On Dowlen. It’s a “nice” dive.
