We stayed at site 12, a pull through. The host upgraded our spot for free, which was very nice. The one thing I wished they had was a bathroom. Otherwise this place is perfect for stop and go RV'ing. They have a horse shoe pit, fire pit, and a dog park.

We chose Deer Crossing RV Park for our week long visit to Waco. Our main reason for that was the reasonable rates and the dog enclosure our dogs need love being able to wrestle and run. We came during bluebonnet season, it was beautiful, very friendly and welcoming owners. Loved that they had a hose ready for use to dump on our way out, so we didn’t have to dig ours out. Thank you Debbie…our 3 day stay was just perfect. The park is brand new, clean and you can see the owners passion for their business. I posted a few things of interest to do in downtown Waco. We had fun antiquing and eating homemade pie at Jakes Sweet Tea. I love how Texans love their history and their USA

The only downside is there's no tornado shelter that we could find. The hosts are so nice and friendly. They have an outdoor barbeque kitchen. We camped in a 30-foot fifth wheel for two nights.
