Good place to stay. We’re pretty much self contained so as long as we’ve got the hook ups that’s pretty much all we need. This place has onsite laundry and game room with pool table. Maintenance guys always seem to be busy fixing and maintaining sites. There’s grass and trees which I understand isn’t the norm in the area. They even host Friday night potlucks although we didn’t attend. Mail was eas... Good place to stay. Ray answered all my crazy questions and was very helpful. I felt safe the entire time and everyone was friendly. I definitely picked well. The staff were helpful when I needed them, the facilities were clean and well kept and I heard in the winter there are more neighborly involved activities. I must also mention that there are actual trees, in deep Texas in the summer they make a difference. I lucked out that the air base's rv park was full because there were sad little trees there, a laundry facility I never figured out where it was, and a not so accessible staff. Although you will definitely SWEAT while doing laundry or getting out of the shower. That is the only negative. The grounds are kept immaculate. There are two porches with LOTS of chairs and relaxing atmosphere!! Everyon... My boys and I stayed here for a few weeks. The office is always open during the day.
