We parked our camper here (midland/odessa mainstreet rv) for approx 3 1/2 years. We paid on a monthly basis. We were told that when we left, our rent would be prorated and we would be refunded from the day we left. However, they did not honor that. We lost more than $300.00 due to them not honoring that promise. Had it not been for that we would have been very happy.

This park isn't one of those membership parks that has every luxury. This is a nice, clean quiet RV park for one that is passing through or working.

Have been here over a year now and have seen alot of issues, not with the park or management but with the tenants. There are tenants who throw their trash everywhere yet they have 6 dumpster around the park. Some tenants just let their dogs roam freely yet they are required to be on leashes. Some tenants do not clean up after their pets yet poop bags and garbage cans are in each dog run. Some ten... Have been here over a year now and have seen alot of issues, not with the park or management but with the tenants. There are tenants who throw their trash everywhere yet they have 6 dumpster around the park. Some tenants just let their dogs roam freely yet they are required to be on leashes. Some tenants do not clean up after their pets yet poop bags and garbage cans are in each dog run. Some tenants leave their pets in the dog park unattended which is not permitted also. The management does what they can but it is not their job to clean up after people's pets, clean up after people use the showers, common areas, or even public areas. If people cleaned up after themselves and their pets management would be able to do the other things they need to do instead of babysitting people who feel they are to good to clean up after themselves.

Very poorly run, trash is always flying around and so are cigarettes butts. The bathrooms have dog waste inside. The washer and dryers never seemed to worked or were closed for no reason. Trucks can be loud so keep that in mind before booking your stay. Dogs aren’t always on leashes which is scary for my small dog especially when don’t know if other animals are vaccinated or trained.
