Been here 6 months. Very nice place to stay. Jimmy and Brian are great folks. They run a very nice RV park. They are a no b.s. park. Love it......we will be back just to hang out...Lake Belton is right down the road. I would recommend them highly!

Excellent location. Owner is friendly and price is even better. Will recommend. Good location. Also they rent storages at Excellent price. Areas are maintained and weather does not hinder the water hook ups. Good daily and monthly prices.

Park rules state trailer/RV must have current license plates. Why does every park insist on this? License plates are for driving ON THE PUBLIC ROAD. It has nothing to do with parking in a private area, and cops can't do jacksquat about it unless it's parked on a public road or public spot. This RV park can't issue up to date tags yet profit off of them by only allowing people who have them. They'r... Park rules state trailer/RV must have current license plates.
