Been here for a few months now. I’ve seen campers come and go, no problems. While there is no WiFi, both AT&T and T-mobile get strong signals here as there is a tower near by. Overall, it’s a very quiet and peaceful place with nice sunset views.

Loved this park. It’s small, simple, paved, gated and very quiet. Richard was awesome to deal with. Park was well maintained with a nice laundry room, facilities and decent WiFi. Loved the cows for neighbors 🐄. It’s a nice area for Texas with lots of open farmland. Just watch out for the crazy Texas drivers.

My family and I stayed here full time for almost a year and a half. Richard and Suzanne are fantastic, down to earth people and very easy to work with. We also liked that each spot had a grassy yard of its own. Just far enough out of town to feel like you are in the quiet country but still close to shopping. Excellent location honestly, especially the views across the street with amazing sunsets. My son loved going to visit the chickens they have on site and enjoyed viewing the cows from neighboring farms. We absolutely loved it here and would recommend Oakridge to anyone!
