Nice clean quiet place. Full hook ups at all sites. No other amenities. Owner is a nice person. Manager is very nice and professional. Walking distance of grocery store, Dairy Queen, Dollar General, Exxon and Corby's Grill. Kids park with skate park is about 5 blocks away. 30 minutes to McKinney. Location location location.

I suggest that the grassy open area with trees have a few picnic tables and trash can, maybe even a swing set. The sign could be updated. I think the residents should vote for a yearly event. Something like a yearly park sale (yard sale) that would help rid them of any clutter, or a yearly block bbq. With support from the owner on this, I believe the residents would be more likely to respect their dwelling and that through time he old reputation of this place could be laid to rest.

The owner is a great guy but the old man he has managing the place is a pervert ant tried forcing his way in my door after I informed him I wasn't dressed and would come talk to him when I got that way! He then threw my rent money in the door at me!
