First let me start with the staff; they are so nice and VERY accommodating. There are shade trees and it just feels cozy. There are also a lot of full time residents in this park. It is quiet enough but the train is very close (It didn’t bother us but if you’re easily wakened or irritated by noise, this might not be for you). We are in a 44 ft toy hauler and barely fit in the pull through site. We still had to do a little forward and backward maneuvering to get our rig into the right position. We were concerned about getting out when we left because of a lower hanging branch. I expressed this concern to the office and they simply trimmed the branch in question. On the morning we left, the maintenance guy (very nice guy), opened the side gate so we didn’t have to drive all the way around the park to get out. He made everything very easy and it is much appreciated. I only gave it a 4 simply because I think we were too big for the park and probably should have been told that ahead of time. In my opinion, 40 ft should be the max. If we were in a smaller rig, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet rv park. It is in the country. Not so far out that you feel you need to "go to town", though. The ranch next door has cows and goats. I didn't go to the laundry room, so I can't say anything about that. We enjoyed it. Mostly long term people but they had quite a few opening when no 1 else had any!

The owners are great people. They are under new construction and will hopefully offer laundry services soon. Bonus that They have Wi-Fi....which is pretty cool that they even get signal out here where we are at.... (in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in Texas).
