This is an excellent place to stay. From day one, Brad, the manager, was informative, helpful, and made sure I felt safe, especially since I mentioned I’d be staying alone for a few months. The laundry room is brand new and has plenty of washers and dryers. Whenever I had a question or needed something, I could call the office and someone was always available to assist. I highly recommend this RV park.

Moved from West Texas to here for 2 months. The park is super clean and quiet and the pond is a great area to walk around and just enjoy the outdoors. Brad made every part of my stay easy and when it was time to leave there was no headaches. Definitely recommend to someone who wants to be close to Dallas but still have a quiet area to be in.

They were really nice and willing to help you if needing help. Their walking trails were really nice and my dog "Mocha" loved it. Their laundry room was nice and clean. Neighbors really nice too. Really nice and quiet place to stay at.

This was one of the easiest bookings I have ever made! They were prompt and very helpful. The grounds are very nice. They had a nice walking path and a covered area by the pond. The plantation house is all lit up and looking so beautiful at night. We loved the stay and we would definitely book again! This place was VERY accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend!

Overall, it’s an okay city rv park. Mostly long term guests, so lots of junk stored at every site. It’s not right off the highway, so it’s pretty quiet. That’s about the only positive. We stopped by here a few days before our stay to ask questions and view the sites. They have a ton of overflow parking spots on site. We asked about parking our car hauler trailer there before booking and were told... Overall, it’s an okay city rv park. Mostly long term guests, so lots of junk stored at every site. They have a ton of overflow parking spots on site. We asked about parking our car hauler trailer there before booking and were told that’s what those spots were there for. We drive a large 43’ Class A motorhome and pull our Land Rover on a trailer, so finding a parking spot for our trailer is always a priority. That’s why we came a few days before booking to iron out those types of details. Long story short, we booked our stay for two weeks. On the second week, we received a threatening notice that our trailer will be towed if not moved. That alone deserves a one star review, but keeping it at 2 stars as a courtesy. Second issue was minor, but combined with the threat to tow us, added to the reason to leave a review. As stated earlier, we are a large Class A. We are heavy! The sites are gravel and not super firm. When we arrived, it was wet and we sunk down into the pad by about 4 inches. Add to that an additional 8 inch drop of the site from front to back. We had to add blocks to help get us level. Should not happen at an RV Park. Maybe a state park or campground, but an RV park should be level. So we asked if we could move to an open site that was really big and really level. We were told no, because other guests had already reserved it. Turns out, of the 14 days we booked here, that site was booked for one night only, and by a 20’ travel trailer that could have fit into EVERY other site in the park. We however, had very limited site availability due to our size Both of these are examples of not taking care of guests. Threatening to tow after giving prior permission to park, and not accommodating a large rig when a much better site was available, is just simply not the type of place I choose to spend my money. If your a small RV, do not need extra parking, do not need a level site, and do not need accommodating hosts, this could work well for you.
