Stayed here for only one night on our trip West. Nothing fancy, but nice enough. FHU for $28/night. The manager was so helpful and nice. Felt very safe and secure.

Disclaimer: I have never been to this facility, this is a review of the person I spoke with over the phone. I called the rv extended stay number to get in touch with someone as their main number had not been working. She began the conversation with asking if I have pets, which I own 2 husky mixes. She then stated that they may be on the restricted breed list, which I have never in my 8 years of full time travel come across a list with huskies on it, but she was unable to confirm this information with me anyway. She went on to share how much of a problem my dogs could possibly be since they do have a playground after all, but then stated that they actually have several large breed dogs that break into the park and cause problems, including attacking a residents dog. She said she would be worried about me walking my dogs around the park for this reason, but also felt the need to share how she feels 1 extended walk a day isn't enough to keep any dog happy. I walk them in the mornings, as it gets nearly 100 degrees out and I don't want to risk my dogs overheating, but my dogs "happiness" is none of her concern. Still no confirmation on the restricted breeds list as I could not find it online. If you have pets or children, maybe consider a different park.

This community is amazing! The owner is very helpful and takes great care of the property. We are over there limited time but feel very safe leaving our rv as the community is gated. Owner is very particular about knowing who is there that should be and should not be. If you're looking for a place that is nice, clean, and safe .....this is it!

Hey, If you’re ever passing through or want to rent in wonderful Snyder TX. Royal Community RV is the best place. Samantha is amazing. She keeps this park clean and very safe. She runs a tight ship and keeps all the riff raff away. I am also enjoying the Christmas decorations.
