Shiner is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.

This was such a nice little rv park. Jane was so sweet and easy to work with. The bathrooms were so clean and amazing shower heads and water pressure. They have laundry and a little gathering room. It's across from a park to walk your fur babies. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great month in Shiner at Boggy Creek RV Park. Jane, the owner/manager, is so incredibly helpful and also works at the Shiner Chamber of Commerce, so she knows an incredible amount about what there is to do and see in Shiner and the surrounding areas. All the spots are pull-throughs and easy to access. We stayed for a month and paid $350, which included electricity. The laundry facilities... We had a great month in Shiner at Boggy Creek RV Park. The park is very quiet at night (except for some coyotes and cows LOL). There are some kids in the RV park, but they are all very well behaved. Across the street from Boggy Creek RV Park is Green-Dickson Municipal Park which has a playground, running/walking trails, stocked fishing streams/ponds, and picnic facilities. It is very well cared for and is a great resource to have right next door. Shiner itself is an adorable town with very friendly people. Make sure you stop by Howard's for $2 beers and friendly neighbors. Also free beer and tours at Spoetzl brewery and amazing meet at Maeker's. We would definitely stay here at Boggy Creek again. The facilities are nice, clean, and affordably priced, and Jane is a wonderful manager. We definitely recommend this place and this town if you are traveling through Texas.

Was in town for a music festival and stayed 3 nights total. Place is very well maintained. Across from a really nice park. The restrooms are very nice, private, and clean. Showers are awesome, tons of hot water. Jane(owner/manager) was absolutely amazing. Very good communication and an overall relaxed and peaceful camping experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in... Was in town for a music festival and stayed 3 nights total. Place is very well maintained. Across from a really nice park.
