As RV parks go this is five star. We attended the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show. First time in Houston and with an RV. It was easy to find and maneuver the RV to. Very nice sites. Very clean grounds and facilities. We utilized their shuttle service which was excellent. Thomas and Steve kept us on schedule and picked us up in a timely manner. They were great hosts.

I won't do business with this park because of their pricing model. I called and asked the price and was told there was a special for $599 per month. Then when I mentioned the dates I wanted, they asked if I was coming for the Houston Rodeo, and suddenly the price doubled. I asked, if I had lied and said no, could I have still gotten the $599 rate, and they said yes. While I completely understand h... I won't do business with this park because of their pricing model. I called and asked the price and was told there was a special for $599 per month. Then when I mentioned the dates I wanted, they asked if I was coming for the Houston Rodeo, and suddenly the price doubled. I asked, if I had lied and said no, could I have still gotten the $599 rate, and they said yes. While I completely understand having a higher "event" rate during high-demand times, and offering a compassionate discount for people who are there for medical treatment, I find it dishonest and unethical to charge someone a higher rate than you offer to the general public during the same time frame just because they admit they are going to a special event.

Deanna and her crew offer a good deal with friendly atmosphere. If you are going to Houston to visit the Medical Center and need a close place to stay in your RV this is it. They offer shuttle service to and from MD Anderson and others. Highly recommend

We stayed here while my wife was being treated at MA Anderson. We loved the fact that a shuttle was provided to and from the hospital. The staff went out of their way to assist us through our trying times. Gated does provide a sense of security.

This place is truly a great place to stay. Safe and secure! The people who run it are friendly and helpful. If you’re a vendor at one of the big shows at the NGR stadium, you already know. But whether you’re in town for work or pleasure a great safe place to park the RV with a nice little dog park in the back.
