Amazing park. Stayed a few months for work and the lady who runs it is super nice. The maintenance guy only had to come out once when my lock got stuck but he was quick and professional. Would definitely stay again if I get another project out this way👍👍

An overnight stop and just off the service drive of I-20 on a hill. We were near the front and had a little road noise. And a great bonus was the WiFi was very fast.

We have stayed here twice now and really like it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and tidy. Great location and close enough to everything you need.

Kind of a port in the storm stop. Manager called us to let us know about the red flag warning and dust storms. Be aware, though, we had to carry our dogs to the middle of the street to potty. Burrs in 148 and 150 were unavoidable and ruined two throw rugs. But we were grateful to be off the road for one night.

It’s okay…our neighbors aren’t great. They don’t make people follow the rules with dogs and picking up the poop. I mean who wants to walk out of their own door and down their steps and have poop all over our side? I don’t! It’s okay…our neighbors aren’t great. They don’t make people follow the rules with dogs and picking up the poop. I mean who wants to walk out of their own door and down their steps and have poop all over our side? I don’t! We we’re told that cable was included yet when the cable/internet guy came he refused to hook it up and said it wasn’t legal we would have to have a box to pay for it. Still don’t have cable and still pay our bills (but I really don't care). Park manager is sweet though and helpful. UPDATE: Thanks for the answer from the owner. I didn't see a need to contact the manager, and yes she is very sweet and nice and helpful. I simply asked them, politely, to please pick up their own poop and not let their dog poop on our side. That's it. Yes you have video from them, I guess, showing me shoving the poop over there, why? Because it was their dog. Funny how the entire time they were gone, we didn't have one single pile of poop anywhere! Yes there are stray dogs but I'm pretty smart and can tell what size dog it is by the poop they leave and watching them let the dog out the front door to do his business and NOT picking it up, were my first clues.... But, when they came back, she started making the dog poop behind their trailer, (still not picking it up) and carrying on about their business. I don't care if they don't want to pick up their dogs poop and choose to live that way, no problem as long as it's just not in front of our door or trucks, in our area. So, we got a camera now too in case you need any additional photos to show what we are talking about. ALL is good now though, because we no longer have poop on our side. Still not sure it was an unfair review. About the cable, the installer said it wasn't legal and I didn't want to get hit with a bill later on because the manager told us to get our own splitter and do it ourselves. I don't operate that way, and frankly sad to hear you condone such behavior.
