I am enjoying staying at this RV park. It is very clean, quiet, laundry is available, clean bathrooms and showers, gated front entrance with lock, mailbox is available, packages are put inside a locked area. I have met so many nice people. The price is also very reasonable. They have three different selections of spots. You can purchase the most expensive spot which has large metal coverings. They... I have met so many nice people. The price is also very reasonable. They have three different selections of spots. You can purchase the most expensive spot which has large metal coverings. They also have sheds available to rent for storage items. The only complaint is there isn’t large trees for shade and the road coming into the RV park which is a public road is not very well maintained.

This park is mostly monthlies with a couple of sites for short term visitors like us. I made the reservation on the phone and they sent me a receipt, site assignment, and gate code via email. My GPS got me to the park but there were zero signs on the road in and none on the gate. When the gate code worked I was sure I was at the correct place. When the gate code worked I was sure I was at the correct place. The office was never occupied during my visit. The park is spread out with wide gravel roads, gravel pads, and grass between sites with no fire rings or picnic tables. There is one building with just a toilet, one with a toilet/shower suite, and one with a toilet/shower suite and a small laundry. In the rules they emailed to me it requires that you be self-contained. This park worked for us because it was close to family we were here to visit.

Quiet hours, polite neighbors and the best monthly rate i have been able to find in the region. I highly recommend trying this area and this is the best park by far. I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets were amazing, and we loved walking to the back wooded area to sit and just talk. The faculty are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I love that there are storage units here. I used it as my walk-in closet, my huge walk-in closet haha. The entire park is super clean, and so are the restrooms.... I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. Another perk was that it felt like a gated community. Having a gate code was great as well. It made for an experience that felt safe. Thank you Sundowner! -Marcella

Community is gated which we like as we have children, park is very quiet (very nice especially since we have a baby on the way and I enjoy my naps lol). They also hold monthly get togethers for guest and provide food/drinks free of charge. Sites are spread out and our yard is nice and big which kids love. Thank you Sundowner!
