I have been in this park for six months and I am quite pleased with it! It is well maintained, has a nice clean pool and is very quiet. The office building also has a nice size laundry room with clean showers and a big kitchen and living area that guests in the park can use. I have been at Sunny Oaks for almost 4 years. The management has always been very friendly. The park is always kept up and they have a great rec room with 2 living area spaces and a full kitchen that is first come first serve. The on-site laundry room is very convenient and is always very clean. They have a swimming pool, fishing pond and a pickle ball court. It is only a 20 minute drive into Aust... Sunnys facilities are top notch including commercial laundry machines, 4 full shower restrooms & 2 Handicap accessible full shower restrooms. Great area to spend with family or a few friends. The grounds are nicely kept and groomed on a regular basis. If you enjoy the art of fishing, the beautiful stocked pond is perfect for you. You can also enjoy the many types of ducks while sitting under the covered pavilion, or the picnic tables.Beautiful and relaxing 4' maximum depth pool to get your tan on or splashing fun with the kids. In addition, a brand new amazing pickle ball court is available for all residents. Do you have 4 legged furry friends? 3 fenced dog parks available with accessories needed for those potty times. When an issue arises, management is willing to access the issue and make it to compliance as quickly as possible. The sites are based with either crushed asphalt or concrete making the site a good fit for your home on wheels. The few covered spots(need more) are amazing and a great protectant from this Texas summer heat. Pricing is in normal range for this type of facility(all utilities+high speed internet & cable included). Location is out of the busy town, yet close enough to get to what you need. I would recommend this park to friends, family & anyone looking for either an overnight stay or a long term choice.
