The park is rustic yet at the same time the owners are slowly transforming it. They are aware of what needs to be done but it is better than it was, when we first moved in. We take our laundry into town and use a laundromat in town. The location is wonderful too. Really happy to be here.

I lived here for an extensive amount of time and there is no limit of words that can explain how bad it is. The “management” barely manages, and at times can be very unprofessional. There are no paved roads along with no lighting at the entrance or anywhere around the park. My friends/family dropping or picking me up pass the place at least twice every time. There is a huge hole in the ground filled with god knows what in the center of the park. They tore down cedar trees and left brush everywhere, causing me and my family to suffer through unnecessarily enhanced allergies. They start “projects” and leave them unfinished for unlimited periods of time. Now there’s the laundry/shower place... It took “management” weeks to put in a working either washer or dryer, and if they do they leave the broken ones there for months. I will say the new appliances they put in there are semi decent and run alright. The place is basically falling apart. It is hornet, rat and cockroach infested. There've been mushrooms growing out of the floor as the tile has come apart and the bare rotting wood is exposed beneath. Some windows do not even have glass and are covered with boards. There was no knob on the shower for awhile, until another resident put one on, as we were using our own pair of pliers to shower. Oh and not to mention the lack of air conditioning.. The place is never cleaned. If you’re considering an RV park to stay in for a long time, I’d heavily recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Happy with my recent stay. We spoke with the owners that told us they were slowly improving the park. It was just like they described. It has great trees, private sites and is pretty quiet. If you are looking for a short term or want to stay for a few months, check them out.

I Visited my girlfriend here quite a bit and stayed frequently when visiting from college, and it’s a place to live, I guess. From my experience, the shower place was falling apart and was miserable to use, in the summer it gets to be over a hundred sometimes, and there’s no sort of AC or heating when it gets below warm temperatures, When she’d go to do my laundry there was always some problem with the machines or other tenants messing with ongoing loads. It took months to get replacement machines, that had problems as well. There were a couple times me and a couple other tenants had to mess around with machines and their hookups to get them working. Having access to the woods is nice for walking dogs and hanging out. There’s a random hole in the ground that held water for the fall which had been quite pretty but had been near empty since. There’s no lighting so at night it’s hard to see. Besides the complaints of the park, the people I met were really nice and would invite me and my girlfriend over all the time and would always lend a helping hand.
