Currently here. Renting for almost a year. Our toilet went down almost 3 weeks ago. Can’t use our water due to the pump on the toilet being out. Very unsanitary. Emailing, calling and sending certified mail. Waiting on a miracle.

We came here looking to be full time rv guest for the 1st time and Robin was so welcoming and helpful with this experience. The location is amazing, very quiet and clean facilities! I definitely would recommend coming here! we enjoyed the months we were there and and how friendly everyone is!

This place is great. I’ve lived here for a while, and if I were vacationing or just stopping by I would love it too, it’s a good place to bring kids and family. They have amazing prices, great amenities (clean pool with a volleyball net, gym, laundry room, very clean community bathrooms with hot water, pool table/community house, study room, a dog park and lots of green areas, including a bbq spot... This place is great. I’ve lived here for a while, and if I were vacationing or just stopping by I would love it too, it’s a good place to bring kids and family. They have amazing prices, great amenities (clean pool with a volleyball net, gym, laundry room, very clean community bathrooms with hot water, pool table/community house, study room, a dog park and lots of green areas, including a bbq spot), and even though it is close to the highway, you can barely hear any noise, it’s a peaceful environment. There are back roads near by to go biking/jogging, and next to the property there are cows, bulls and horses. Also, there is restaurant/bar really close by. Kerrville’s town center is less than 15 min away. It is the perfect get away. The staff is very polite and helpful, they are just very very nice people. I recommend it 100%

This park was a real life-saver for us during a stressful time. A+++ for hospitality, the service was wonderful. Long level gravel site, long enough for our 45' class A and jeep. Immaculate clubhouse with complimentary coffee and secure package/mail delivery. Reasonable rates. Easy 7-mi drive into Kerrville. I understand the park is planning even more improvements.

Good luck getting anybody to email or call you back! That’s all I gotta say about the place. It’s been a week and nothing. No returned call or email. Was hoping to stay for couple of months 😑😑😑
