The owner Mr. Juan, I give him 5 🌟, without a doubt. Juan was able to help us out since Laredo only has 2 RV Parks. He was very kind and generous, great guy. Unfortunately for an "RV Park" its a 3/5. The landscaping is bad, needs a real landscaper and on a schedule. One time, the broke our hose adapter and we had to replace it. The place is very very outdated. Unfortunately for an "RV Park" its a 3/5. The landscaping is bad, needs a real landscaper and on a schedule. One time, the broke our hose adapter and we had to replace it. The place is very very outdated. Has an older version of an office/laundry room and bathrooms. The place is nothing but dirt and cars are hard to keep clean. There is nothing more to it. Most RV Parks have pretty nice landscaping, lounge area, pools, office, kids playground etc. BUT I do understand that most of the people who stay there are men who work in welding, oil industry, etc. It's mainly pure men, loud, who drink a lot and just drink and work. Definitely not a family friendly RV Park. It is not Dangerous at all but just more of a place for people who just work. This place could be great if they invested a little but overall Juan is a great guy. Not sneaky, shady nor anything negative as mentioned previously in some reviews.

Mr Juan is amazing. He will meet you in the front when you arrive and escort you to your spot. We will help get you lined up to where you need to be. He will take care of any problems promptly. I've been staying here for almost 4 years now and I have never had an issue staying here.

It was fine for an overnight place to stay. This place needs some repairs and upkeep. The bathrooms are a no for me. For 50$ a night I would expect a bit more.

Considering the proximity to the border and all the immigrants freely roaming the area this place is very safe. The owner is very kind gentleman and loves his family. Only thing I guess was hard was cash only business, not an ideal place to carry cash around Laredo.

Great for long term living from your RV! Park also has areas reserved for short term campers. Reasonably priced monthly rent. Quiet and respectful neighbors throughout the year. The best part of the park is definitely the ownership. The owners run the park perfectly year in and year out with the upmost professional and friendly care and attention. With a tower on site, cable is an easy option.... Great for long term living from your RV! Park also has areas reserved for short term campers. Reasonably priced monthly rent.
