This place was amazing till the new managers started managing making us taking off the fences , I mean think about the kids playing out at the yard?

**DO NOT MOVE HERE** YOU WILL REGRET IT The sign about $299 to rent a Lot is nothing but a promotional scam to get people in. The Lot itself is almost $800 and it increases every year. This year being the highest. This doesn't include what they will charge you to rent their trailers. This also doesn't include the Water and the $45 mandatory lawn fee they will tack on even if you don't have grass!... **DO NOT MOVE HERE** YOU WILL REGRET IT The sign about $299 to rent a Lot is nothing but a promotional scam to get people in. This also doesn't include the Water and the $45 mandatory lawn fee they will tack on even if you don't have grass! So some residents are paying way more. This park has NOTHING to offer. They can't even keep the pool clean for the summer. They have no security to offer. They will tow your visitors vehicle. It's happened to me and that's because my visitor did not stay the night. They are making us remove our fences and some of us paid for our fences that were approved by them. Now we all know how this are with all the homeless people in the area, it's not a good neighborhood. Squatters are entering vacant homes here. Things have been stolen from people's property, sheds broken into.Cops have been called several times. We requested gates be put up if they want the fences down and NOPE.These people are not from San Antonio nor Texas have no clue how it is. They are from Utah a bunch of 🤡. This company is owned by Kingsley Management Corporation out of Utah. The president Nate Nelson is nothing but money hungry person. I have personally spoken to him. They have been sued previously and have had to pay people back. They own several properties throughout the US and every single one has had something bad to say about the way the manage, the things they enforce and if you don't abide they will evict you. They been reported to BBB in several states. **Had to edit this review since Google allow multiple reviews** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been trying to get a hold of KARINA for over a month and she never returns calls. Office Voicemail is always full so can't leave a message. Called her cell phone several times and she never picks up. Everytime I show up at the office it's closed. Why would you leave a letters to residence and say to call if you have questions but then we can never get a hold of them. I'm not the only one that has tried....She's just as bad as Celia, even worse. Owners have no clue what goes on at their property.
