My husband Bob & I were lucky enough to get into this park the first part of August, 2017 after getting on a waiting list the first part of this year. I have had RV Resort Park Management experience for 5 years in South Texas & the last year, my husband Bob helped me also. With that experience, I recognize what it takes to manage a park. I commend Kenneth & Anita Cones as Managers. They are... I commend Kenneth & Anita Cones as Managers. They are a terrific couple that take great pride in what they do. This park is Very well managed. They have the personality to make it what it takes. The camp workers, David & Paula, are also terrific at their work. I only wish I could have found such a great couple to help out when I was down south. We worked as workampers throughout the summer of 2017. It was hot! The facilities are limited to a clubhouse and the residential lot, BUT the lot is large, fully enclosed, private, includes covered pad for the RV, and a two car carport/shed with storage that includes a washer/dryer hookup. Athens is a typical small town, with limited entertainment and few special events, but the people are friendly, and shopping is reasonable. We have met many that will be friends for life!

Great to live out of a R.V.. covered parking. Some back yard. 2 car carport, with 8x10 cover enclosed storage building. When we stay there it was $325.00 it depends on space you get
