Blanding is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.

What a fantastic campground with spacious sites and a very nice shower facility with actual hot water. Lots of trails in the state park and access to many local trails and sights to see. It's a little out of the way, but very worth it.

Water, electric and a fabulous view! The vault toilets were very aromatic and one was missing hand sanitizer for a couple days but it magically showed up eventually. Great campground and park. Within 30 minutes of Bryce. The visitor was open until 8:30 pm and served yummy hard ice cream. Site 52. We had a tiny bit of Verizon service sometimes at our site. None at vault toilets.

We visit Kodachrome twice a year and I only stayed at arch Campground the last time in the spring. We had an end spot which felt quiet and secluded, a bit like good BLM camping but with water and electric hookups. Dump station is around the corner - we actually like this a bit better than the basin, (both are great) as it's a little quieter at Arch.

Beautiful views indeed! And water and power at our site in winter!! Nice to be able to extend our camping season through November. It is really lovely here .

We had an excellent visit to the park and camped in Arch loop with water and electric hookups. This loop is excellent sites and the partial hookup option makes this an all season campsite. The site was nearly level, had to use one set of leveling blocks. The night was quiet with rabbits roaming the camp at sunset and stars in the dark.

We needed a quick overnight stay with our camper. Arrived at 6pm on a Sat, left 9am Sun. Positives: the online booking was easy, the electric worked fine (we didn't hook up to water). Onto the negatives... There's no lighting, at all, so if you arrive at night good luck. No idea where the bathroom was. The camp spots are shorter than advertised. No idea where the bathroom was. The camp spots are shorter than advertised. There are train tracks across the street, literally 50 feet from the campsites, and they ran, loudly, up until about 10pm, then 1 came thru overnight. Then there are semi trucks trucking back and forth on the road right next to the campsites, also very loud. There are definitely no "views" from the camp sites, per the site description. See pix I've uploaded, taken from our campsite.

This is a rad little hotel, sort of bare-bones but actually very well run. The Sego Rock Art to the north is otherworldly and a must-see. My ex told me she didn’t love me anymore (she’s god awful anyway) while we were here and that was less cool but even that didn’t ruin the vibe. The locals are pretty friendly too, they have some cool UFO stories.

Great spot to park your RV and explore Moab!! Friendly staff that let us have a private and enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Hook ups work great. Shade tree was nice. We will be back thank you!

We stayed in our trailer. The shade would be nice in the summer. The bathroom wasn't the best or the worst we've ever used. There was a second bathroom, but it was so full of leaves it wasn't usable. The worst part about the whole place was the marijuana smoking. Especially when it was in the one usable bathroom.

This place was adorable! My family and I loved staying here! Can't wait to come back and stay in other "themed" rooms. Loved the crystal room ! A little off the beaten path but a cool experience. A little different check in process but I wasn't disappointed. Even checked in early with out any extra fees. The building was super neat, remodeled after being used to house miners long ago. The building was super neat, remodeled after being used to house miners long ago. Two dorm style bathrooms and a quaint little kitchen, brought a down to earth cool vibe. I was pleasantly surprised the entire stay. Pets allowed woo hoo and the a/c was perfect after a hot day in the blistering heat! Staff checked on us and asked if we needed anything also. Very polite and caring. Highly recommend this place !
