Really challenging steep ups and steep downs. Don't go if you are not a skilled rider. Do the practice trail first if not sure. Wear the correct shoes! Slip ons or hard plastic soled shoes will not get traction for the steep uphils in case you dismount. Don't forget your helmet and lots of water as it will take longer than you think. Best to start early before it heats up.

Slickrock is so incredibly unique and fun. Highly recommend this trail. Any semi serious mountain biker needs to ride this trail at least once in their life. The views are beautiful and the riding is so unique. It’s challenging, but very doable. You can always walk areas that are too steep or intense for a less experienced rider. None of them decided to join me on the full loop. But they loved riding this fun, unique trail. The full loop is long and takes a few hours. Bring plenty of water and enjoy the incredible scenery when to stop for breaks along the way.

A must see place in Moab for all mountain bikers! This trail is not super technical, but it is hard on the body and there is a lot of climbing. BRING LOTS OF WATER AND FOOD! I also highly recommend trying the practice loop before committing to the full trail. It is of the same difficulty, but much shorter.

EMTB it! Fun area near the campgrounds. Explore off the trail and see some amazing views. Easy to get lost though. Emtb is allowed everywhere in Moab no matter what anyone says. Go ride.

Meh. It was challenging but too repetitive. I felt like I was on a paved road created by Dr. Seuss. Would probably be more fun on a dirtbike. One and done for me.
