Fantastic little glamping area! Plenty of RV hook up stalls and plenty of stargazing cabins. Lots of nice little amenities like swings and kid play areas, fire pits, out door seating, and comfy patio furniture at the lodge. Showers and bathrooms were clean and nice and private. The bed in the stargazing cabin i stayed in was so comfy! Definitely can't wait to come back!

The sites are level, spacious, and easy to get into, which is always appreciated, especially after a long drive. Navigation through the park is straightforward, even for larger rigs, and setup was quick and painless. The vistas are excellent, with beautiful views in pretty much every direction, and the location is ideal for exploring Capitol Reef and the surrounding area. Peaceful, well maintained, and incredibly convenient. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Our family of 5 stayed in one of the a-frames at Capitol Reef RV Park + Glamping, and we would 100% recommend it to anyone who plans to visit the area. We chose to stay here (and in one of the a-frames) at the end of a 10 day camping trip through Utah because we wanted an easier option of packing up the morning we planned to start the long drive home. The a-frames are cozy + clean, and the beds are comfortable. The picnic table, fire pit, and lounge chairs make for great outdoor time. The views are amazing, and even though there are other a-frames and an entire RV park on the grounds it is very (VERY) quiet! The bathroom/shower rooms are topnotch and always clean. We loved our time here, and we would absolutely stay again.

We chose this campground because of location (short drive to Capitol Reef NP) and availability (Sept/Oct is the busy season in this area so book early!). It was easy to navigate our rig (Class A motorhome with open car trailer; approximately 60' long) through the campground to our back in site. Laundry, office, and bathroom facilities were clean. Bathrooms and showers are combined (though individual) and spacious. They do have timers on the showers but it wasn't too short. They also have outdoor entertaining areas (hammocks, fireplaces, games) but we didn't use them; nice to have if you have the time. Campground is kept clean and it was an enjoyable stay. We recommend this campground for your Capitol Reef area stay!

This is a brand new RV park, and they are off to a great start! Just 8 months old, and are hitting on all cylinders! It’s a little distance from Capital Reef, but not bad. Torrey is a quaint little town, which in season has a lot to offer as well. I love campgrounds that are rustic in nature where appropriate - like in the country/“destination” areas, but find a way to still bring in some essential and splurge amenities without paving everything over and creating an artificial environment. The grounds are all gravel - two-tone - which is nice to distinguish road from campsite. Which means little-to-no dirt and mud n the daily activities. Restroom/showers are exceptional - heated, nice tile, spacious, with the essential products included. Common areas are nice - didn’t have time or opportunity to use them much as wind, rain, temperatures were against us. Shaded areas, Deck chairs, hammocks, and movable wind/sunscreens help with the elements. The camp store was exceptionally nice - seating areas, essential items for sale, including local ice cream, grass fed beef, eggs, etc. I would highly recommend this campground in your travels! This is the best game in town!
