Otter Creek has an activity for almost everyone. The cold, clear water of this large reservoir offers year-round fishing for rainbow trout. For wildlife watchers, numerous waterfowl, raptors, deer, antelope, and elk abound. If you re an ATV rider, you ll want to try the Paiute ATV trail, which can be accessed from here. The primary activities are fishing and boating although it also serves as a regional staging site for extended and day trips into the surrounding National Forest, Utah State Land

Well worth the stop if you find rock art even a little bit interesting. Be courteous to the folks who live on the small dirt road to the panel by driving slow and not going into their property. There is a small parking area and then it is a short walk through sand to the panel. Very cool, we tried to figure out why the elk didn’t have any heads!

Absolutely beautiful spot. The petroglyphs have a lot of, um, more recent additions, it's hard to tell which carvings are historic and which are more recent. The area is splendid, you can get out for stroll, we saw several rabbits. Some spots have a great echo and the crows were using it. There is about 1.5 miles of unpaved road.

What a beautiful canyon. Interesting petroglyphs, easy hiking, and just a short drive from Torrey. It's was fun to see some snow on the trails Christmas day. The road is maintained in winter.
