Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.

We LOVED this RV Park. The service was great! We interacted with staff a couple of times including having them fill our LPG tank for us. Neighbors in adjacent sites seemed friendly. Our site backed up to the train tracks which might seem like a negative to some, but we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the trains and the sound didn't wake us up at all (maybe they don't run at night). I think it might be fun for children to have a front row seat for the trains. the site is nestled in a mountain valley in a tiny town called Helper, Utah which we found to be completely charming. We are thinking of doing an extended stay this coming summer.

We only stopped with our camper van for the night so I can’t speak too much about the park, but the bathrooms were great. Large private clean bathrooms/showers and the laundry room looked like it was well outfitted. The little town of Helper was quite cute. Pretty easy on and off the highway. Easy after hours check-in. Great communication from the friendly staff!

Perfect spot for a one night layover. New looking RV park that's well-maintained. Half a mile from downtown Helper-but caution, there is no walkway to get there. Bathrooms are very clean. We were worried about the highway noise, but it seemed to quiet down after dark and we were able to sleep. Trains didn't come through that often, they do not blow their whistle and they were fun to see. The River... Perfect spot for a one night layover. New looking RV park that's well-maintained. The River front sites are not close to the water and if you're further south than site 198 you back up to a gravel field. The north half of the RV park looked nicer. When all the trees grow super big, this is going to be a really nice spot! We would stay again.

Everything about this place is top notch. Upon entry, staff use their golf carts to escort you to your site. The pool is heated and cleaned, along with the hot tub. I loved that the fire pit went on every night- it set a beautiful ambience. Everything was super high class and safe. My family loved every single minute of staying here. Offering Saturday night movies and food trucks just made it feel... Everything about this place is top notch. Upon entry, staff use their golf carts to escort you to your site. I was so excited to check in here in the middle of the summer on a hot day. I was paying to stay here just for the pool, I have a fully self contained camper and dont need a hookup but was willing to pay jist so I could use the pool. After 20 mins of doing paperwork, a woman walked through the lobby and stopped what she was doin to ask me what year my camper was. My truck was almost brand new but... After 20 mins of doing paperwork, a woman walked through the lobby and stopped what she was doin to ask me what year my camper was. My truck was almost brand new but the slide in camper in my truck, although completly rebuild, every single bit, especially the completly updated electrical system, the shell itself was from a 70s camper. And there fore I couldn't stay there because my camper was too old. I had to leave and the had to refund my card that they had already ran. I hope nobody gives them their money.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this place on August of 2025, the electric hookups were not good at all, it ruined several electrical devices in our camper van, we had book three nights, but we decided to leave the complex the next day no reimbursement on the remaining two days. Friendly service at the front desk though. I would not recommend this business.

Right in the heart of town, beautiful, gated, and family friendly RV resort. Very clean and our spot was almost perfectly level. A little tight for the extra long rigs, but we still got in there without a problem. We will definitely stay again!

Chill atmosphere and for the most part very quiet. Love that there is a 21+ only section. Very nice facilities. Don't count on the gym for the best workout of your life may want to go to a local 24 he gym if that is something important to you
