Moab is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.
Utah weather can change quickly. Pack layers and check the forecast for Moab.
Don't miss local attractions near Moab. Ask the camp host for hidden gems and trails.

So the water just sits there. I just think the design of the bathroom is poor honestly. Laundry machines were at about 50% working order the entire 4 months we stayed here. & the ones that did work didnt dry in one run. So some days it took us several hours to do 1 load of laundry. Both of these i could look past..if i wasnt paying $1050 every month for AN RV SPOT. The cheapest one on compound at that. So for the over 100 spots they have im sure they can afford to keep laundry machines running. One more thing (which isnt their fault), the jet airplanes running all day every weekday is horrific. Sure its cool for 30 mins when you first get here but if you plan on spending alot of time on the resort, keep that in mind.

We have stayed at Valley View RV Resort a total of 3 times over the past couple of years and every visit has been fantastic! The location is great with adventures nearby to SLC, Antelope Island State Park, the Great Salt Lake, and Hills AFB. Speaking of the air force base, yes, you will experience some loud jets here, but honestly it's awesome! It's like a built in free air show! We love how frien... Valley view Is by far the best RV park to stay in northern Utah! Customer service is fabulous the park itself and is clean and beautiful showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities are kept clean and neat. And the lowest prices around for overnight and even month to month. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed here for several months. Pros: - The bathrooms and the clubhouse are really clean. - The staff was incredibly accommodating all the months we were there. (Thank you Tashana for going above and beyond for us.) - The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. - There’s a lot of family friendly holiday events and food trucks that come by. Cons: - The washing machines barely work, they’re very temperamental. The dryers only get things half dry. - The site we stayed at had a crazy diagonal slope, not just side to side. If you have a bigger rig be careful leveling out. It’ll put your jacks in a weird twist, one of ours broke in the process. - Being directly under the flight line of the Air Force base takes some getting used to. I would take that into consideration if loud noises make your pets anxious. - They are very strict about any outdoor storage.

I stopped by Valley View RV Resort to check it out since I'm considering doing a longer-term stay starting this spring. First impression: this place is impressively well done. Huge shout-out to Berkely, who helped us while we were there. She was awesome: super approachable, helpful, and clearly someone who cares about the experience people have at the resort. First impression: this place is impressively well done. Huge shout-out to Berkely, who helped us while we were there. She was awesome: super approachable, helpful, and clearly someone who cares about the experience people have at the resort. She answered all of our questions and made the visit feel relaxed and welcoming instead of like we were interrupting someone’s day. The grounds are clean and thoughtfully laid out, and the indoor facilities feel first-rate. Everything looked well-maintained and intentionally designed, which isn’t always the case with RV parks. This one actually feels like a resort, not just a place to park your rig and hope for the best. I left thinking, “Yep… I could definitely stay here for a while.” If the rest of the experience is anything like our first visit, Valley View can be a great spot for an extended stay. Also, bonus points for a place that manages to feel organized and relaxed at the same time—no small feat in the RV world.
