Fairly easy trail. Flat with several water crossings. We usually stop when the trail becomes bushwaking. You can also take a side canyon to curious arch which involves scrambling over boulders.

Absolutely stunningly nesteld in the mouth of a canyon. It's close to the road, so you get some traffic noise from late cruisers. The road in is easy. They say trailers not recommended, but if it's a smaller one you'd be fine. It has an outhouse on site The breeze down the canyon was lovely. You can hike back and see a stunning waterfall from runoff, but plan on hanging out a bit for the water to... Absolutely stunningly nesteld in the mouth of a canyon. A great hike through a very interesting canyon. Lush with vegetation and animal life. The trail follows a creek bed lined with boulders, cactus, lizards, birds, bugs, trees, and grasses all bracketed by towering canyon walls. There is no clearly defined end to the trail. Just explore to the end of your heart's desire. A great hike to bring dogs along, and to wear shoes you won't mind getting wet.... A great hike through a very interesting canyon. Four (4) Walk-in campsites are avilable at the beginning of the trail. This hike is similar to the Grandstaff hike and both are must-do hikes!!

Cool trail in a canyon. Quite over grown in many places. Trail sure could use some maintenance sure to ask the growth. Trail crosses water multiple times.
