A short 5 mile hike takes you to a wonderful waterfall. There are several back country hikes to enjoy in the area. The camp ground is near a river. Great for those that prefer a more primitive camping experience. There are vaulted toilets in camp and water spouts.

Great campground located in the Ashley National Forest in Duchesene Ut. It's near the North Fork of the Duchesene River. This is Bear Country, so prepare accordingly (we didn't see any bears though). Wonderful camp ground, nice neighbors. Bring a saw or chainsaw, site asks that you use fallen dead trees, if you have no way of cutting up said trees it makes your stay difficult. My kids loved running around, collecting rocks and pinecones, the local ground critters starting getting brave and my kids cried when we told them we couldn't take "Campfire" home with us. Nicest bathrooms I have seen, water spickets near by, lots of trails, and the wonderful smell of the outdoors! We will be returning soon!

Love this place. Beautiful campground and surroundings. Not much to do here except camp and enjoy the mountains. Trash dumpsters are no longer in the campground yet the price is still the same. You now have to pack it out now.

Very nice place to camp. There is potable water in every camp site. Bathrooms are vault toilets, and there are three spread throughout the camp. Camp sites 1 through 15 can be reserved online. Camp sites 16 through 30 are first come first serve, and they had the best shade. You can buy some additional supplies down the road at Duff Ranch if you run out of something.
