North Klondike Bluffs Campground Group Sites

If you are in a small camper or trailer, this park is great, but if you're in a larger motorhome, it's tight. The RV spots are narrow. We literally had to move the RZR parked in front of our motorhome so that the people next to us could get out of their spot. Thankfully, my husband is very skilled at backing our trailer/motorhome, because we are in total around 55 feet long. And the only place... We literally had to move the RZR parked in front of our motorhome so that the people next to us could get out of their spot. Thankfully, my husband is very skilled at backing our trailer/motorhome, because we are in total around 55 feet long. And the only place to park our RZR was in front of our motorhome because the spots were so narrow, and the RZR just fit without being in the road. The RV park was nice and clean. The office was nice. The employees were very helpful. One more thing, the hot tub was out of commission. Pool looked nice. Laundry facilities were very nice. Lots of Speed Queen washers and dryers. You can use a card or cash. Also, we felt safe there. Very nice, but only 4 stars due to tiny lots.

I hope most Sun Outdoors locations are better than this one. Starting with the negatives: The sites are extremely tight and noticeably unlevel. Ours was so uneven that we had to pull all the way to the front of our pull-through and still use blocks. This setup forced us to buy extra sewer hoses that ran the full length of our rig. The turf clearly needs cleaning, as the sun bakes in the odor from all the pet waste. Rules don’t seem to be enforced. Our neighbors left trash outside, which attracted crows. The laundry room was decently clean but the pricing felt misleading. It’s $3 to wash plus a 25-cent “processing fee.” Lastly, while the pool area was fun, the chemicals were so strong that my eyes burned and my vision stayed blurry for the rest of the day. Thank goodness it came back. Now for the positives: Great location, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. This was our first stay at a Sun Outdoors property. We’d heard glowing reviews from other travelers and had high expectations, but this location fell short. Overall, we paid a premium for a disappointing experience. I wish I could request a partial refund.

Nice playground. 2 small fenced dog parks. Full RV good working hook ups. the spaces were very close so not a lot of room for privacy, outdoor grilling and seating felt cramped. The lady that rides around in the golf cart and checks on stuff in the morning is extremely nice Also the guy at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful and professional. Also their bathrooms and showers are well kept and clean. I would have to complain though about the size of the park and how many people that they squeeze in here We are at an elite site and we barely have enough room... I would have to complain though about the size of the park and how many people that they squeeze in here We are at an elite site and we barely have enough room to park a vehicle in between our fifth wheel and the next person's Also they put the septic tanks right in the middle of the other person's yard basically so yeah the whole time that we are setting at the picnic that they provide we have our neighbors septic hose going into the septic tank about 1 ft away from the picnic table. We literally have to step over there hose when we are doing stuff outside . They also have a whole bunch of light poles that are out here that do not work and they make driving around the park extremely hard due to them being in the way.
