One of the best trails I've hiked in Utah. Starts out in a gravelly wash and then quickly enters an amazing canyon with very unique geology. Some fun scrambling along the way. Was able to navigate the rock filled road by going slow in my low clearance subaru. A small section was a little washed out but navigatable. 2 or 3 other rough spots. Drive slow. Great views from the parking area. Will have to return I have time to hike the whole trail.

The hike to Notch Peak is beautiful and very enjoyable. If you haven't done it before I would recommend a map or detailed directions or both.. Also note that the road probably requires high clearance, although I have got within a mile or so of the actual trailhead with some careful maneuvering in a passenger car.
