I love it. Yes, it is 18 miles away from the main town, and in between some let go of properties, it's quiet, safe, and a great view of mountain, there are 5 spots with all the hook ups, you don't have facilities so you'll have to use the shower and bathroom in your trailer. The property owner is very nice and can give you information about where to go sightseeing. Also, the wifi is awesome/ excel... I love it. Incredible views and hospitality. My husband and I are traveling in our 30ft camper and stayed at Adventure Haven for 2 months. The owners are the most kind people we have met. We stayed Aug- Sept, so being higher in elevation made all the difference in the hot months. The nights were cool and the views of the mountains as fall came in were incredible. This is truly a perfect place for anyone looking to stay near Moab but to get out of the city lights.. the stars and sunsets were incredible here. Edited to add: I totally forgot to mention the WiFi! I work remotely full time with need to video conference most of the time. James let us know they have business WiFi- we paused our Starlink and decided to use their WiFi. I had excellent connection for the whole stay!! Thank you to James and Linda- we are so appreciative of your kindness and sharing your property with us.

Beautiful view of Peale Mountain right out our door. Being a small campground it was very quiet. The sites were reasonably spaced out so everyone had a nice view of the Mountain. James' experience as a Guide in the area helped us planning our local visits. Big plus was full hookups👏. Easy in easy out. La Sal only 2 miles away with a small but usefull grocery store.

This place is exactly how they describe. It's barren desert out here. It's also one of the cheapest full-hookup sites you can find anywhere. Sites are fairly spacious compared to other RV sites I've stayed. I dropped my trailer here for a week while my truck broke down. The host used his personal vehicle to position my trailer as the tow truck couldn't spot it correctly. Host was kind, inform... This place is exactly how they describe. It's barren desert out here. I dropped my trailer here for a week while my truck broke down. The host used his personal vehicle to position my trailer as the tow truck couldn't spot it correctly. Host was kind, informative about the area and even offered to pick items up for me when they went into town as I was clearly stuck for a while.
