Lovely park to stroll around on a sunny October day, after it's closed for the season. It's surrounded by a barbed wire fence, but there's a pedestrian entrance built into the fence -- about 200 yards east of the first locked car gate you come to when arriving at the park.

I fished several spots in the park. the water is brown so you can't see anything. I fished the bridge where it's clear but its fast and i didn't see any fish at all. The slow clear part is not angler accessible. You can't get through the vegetation and you have to hike to it for nothing. It's a beautiful park to spend the day. It has a play area for the kids. The park has picnic tables and bathroo... I fished several spots in the park. the water is brown so you can't see anything. It is also a campground for RVs and tents. Bring the Off!

The signage could have been clearer by indicating that we needed to roust a camphost to pay. Double and triple sites were not signed as such. Restrooms were nice and clean.

The host will actively try to ruin your experience. His wife is a darling, but the man that runs the park acts like it’s a 55+ community. He’s got that golf cart gassed up and ready to race over to tell you everything you need to know to have a terrible time camping. We have been camping here for Years, but This new Camp host Really changed the vibe. Would not recommend.
