We came here many years ago when our kids were little. We had the chance to come back now they're older. It's a nice campground with lots of Aspens. Really close to Bear Lake. The roads are a little worse for wear, but they now offer yurts as an option if you don't want to haul up your own tent or trailer. The camp host is a great guy, super friendly and helpful.

Cara is a great host and so glad she was here. We had some issues and she helped right away and fixed it all up for us. Beautiful campground. We had spot 6 and it was roomy enough for 2 6-person tents if you needed. Lots of trees for shade and bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Firewood is available for purchase at the camp. We will be back I just don't like that it First come first serve. Ve... Cara is a great host and so glad she was here. We had some issues and she helped right away and fixed it all up for us. Some of these pictures people posted are not of the campground, but of the lookout that is nearby.

We had a blast staying here. The camp host was very nice, the campsites were clean and the area is beautiful. Close to a small trail, perfect for kids. Close to bear lake for water sports. It is close to a main road and you will get lots of noise from it.
