Love this area. Beautiful all year long. Today was amazing, would have been better without all the rain while there but it was still crazy beautiful.

Beautiful place. The sites are fairly close together. We reserved site 9, which is a group site and is up against the mountain, so you only have other sites to the west of you. But they're close. Don't play music... if you need to, play it with the volume way down! I don't pay to come picnic in the peaceful mountains with my family to listen to your music. You want to play music at your picnic, just do everyone a favor and go to the city park.

Super cute and relatively large area! Feels like a hidden gem as you make your way to guardsman pass. There’s a $15 daily fee.. and they have this amazing intimate amphitheater- we saw a wedding happening there. So pretty!

The amphitheater was perfect for our special day. Still a tid but chilly (mid May), but so worth every second of it. Electricity is available for speakers, dj, and microphones. Plenty of parking for our needs. The natural beauty of the location gave us the perfect backdrop that we wanted. Loved it!

Lots of places to have campfires and go on both easy and hard hikes. There was lots of friendly people on the trails and just feel like a very homey atmosphere. I felt like the trails were also very well marked and it was easy to know where to go to rock climb. I will definitely be coming here in the future. I'm used to Little Cottonwood Canyon and this Canyon is so much different! The mountain formation and the kinds of trees and the views are so vastly different that it gives it a whole new experience. I would recommend this to everyone! If you're in for a good hiking spot this is when I would recommend. Also went with a year-and-a-half child and it wasn't too hard for him. So again, very family-friendly. Come here if you want a good time!
