Way too expensive for what we got: $174.98 for two nights during off-season, Feb. 23-25, 2026. The place was supposed to be “glamping” but was more like slumming. We pulled in with our 27 foot trailer after making a reservation via phone call, and were instantly alarmed. The place looked closed, abandoned, decrepit in some camping spots, with dirty bathrooms, a cleaning schedule posted on the wall of the restroom stating the last cleaning/ maintenance was November of 2025. The showers needed cleaning, a broken sink replaced and a broken hair dryer replaced or fixed. There was a weird outdoor animal shelter structure with a heating lamp on, full food bowls, water bowl and dog bed in a messy camp site next to ours, but no sign of anyone camping there. The office and store were closed for the season and there was no ice, or “dog-wash”, or even dog poop bags. There was dog poop on the grounds in the campground, yuck! The best I can say for it is the Wi-fi worked well and the restrooms were unlocked at all times. We should have said no when we heard the price but we thought, “well, at least we’ll be glamping!” NOT.

This campground was just ok. Our stay was the week of Thanksgiving. Not much happening cleaning wise. The sign in the bathroom said they were going to upgrade them over the winter. I'm assuming they mean this winter?(not really sure how long the sign has been there) but there could have been more cleaning done in the meantime. The showers were not that clean. Lots of maintenance needs to be done if its supposed to be a glamping resort. All in all it was a convenient location for us as our son rented an Airbnb nearby.

Excellent location right near the national parks. This RV park is clean, spacious and offers a great view of Moab. There are fire pits, grills and picnic tables on site. If you don’t have an RV there are several glamping tents you can rent. The check in process was super easy and the office is filled with souvenirs, snacks, etc. This park has full hooks up. We would happily stay here again.

This was a great place to call home base while exploring all Moab has to offer. We stayed in a safari tent and it was very well equipped and comfortable. The bed and shower were great! The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. We also did some laundry which was nice. Being a little further out of town made it very quiet and dark for star gazing. Would definitely stay here again!

They did agree to allow me to stay for the same price and not charge more. I appreciated that. Although I was sad that I had to leave a bad review to get anyone to listen to me. Upon arrival the place was really nice and did have nice amenities. The customer service efforts at the park were above average with games to play, bathroom amenities, grills and BBQs to cook on and a nice common place. - - - I scheduled a RV site and do to some unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel it. I called with over 2+ weeks before I was scheduled to arrive and told they do not do refunds, but I would have 6 months to reschedule with the credit. Then when I called back to schedule a new trip just 4 weeks from the date I was going to originally stay the price had almost doubled! I couldn't afford to stay then - and they still wouldn't give me a refund. I was told they will discuss with the manager and she MIGHT approve a refund if I forfeit 20% of my money. Needless to say I was frustrated!
