About Brigham City / Perry South KOA

Campground in Utah.

Nestled in northern Utah, the Brigham City / Perry South KOA offers RV travelers an excellent home base for exploring one of the most scenic regions in the American West. Located in Box Elder County, this well-maintained facility sits at the crossroads of incredible natural attractions and charming small-town hospitality that defines the area.

The surrounding region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking authentic Utah experiences. You're positioned perfectly to explore the stunning Bear River Mountains, which offer breathtaking hiking trails, scenic drives, and opportunities to experience pristine wilderness. The area is also known for its rich history, with visitors able to explore historic sites dating back to the pioneer era and Native American heritage that shaped this part of the state.

Brigham City itself is a welcoming community with a genuine small-town character. The city hosts various events throughout the year and features local shops and dining options where you can experience regional cuisine and crafts. Perry, just south of Brigham City, maintains that same friendly atmosphere and provides convenient access to services and supplies for your RV needs.

The location offers excellent proximity to some of Utah's most famous destinations. You're within reasonable driving distance of Golden Spike National Monument, where you can learn about the historic completion of the first transcontinental railroad. The area also provides access to some wonderful nature viewing opportunities, including chances to observe wildlife and experience the changing seasons in dramatic fashion.

Families appreciate this location for its balance of adventure and accessibility. Whether you're interested in day trips to natural wonders, exploring local history, or simply enjoying the peaceful Utah countryside, this RV park serves as an ideal launching point. The four-season climate means visitors can enjoy different experiences throughout the year, from wildflower seasons in spring to golden autumn landscapes. Retirees and couples often find the area's slower pace and scenic beauty particularly appealing, while adventure seekers use the park as a strategic location for exploring the broader region.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The park was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. All the sites looked freshly graveled, and our spot was fantastic—spacious enough for our 39’ RV plus our flat-towed Jeep. We only needed to unhook for leveling, and while the sites aren’t perfectly flat, it wasn’t a big issue. The view from our site was amazing! There was a... We really enjoyed our stay here! There was a bit of street noise, mostly during commute hours, but it didn’t bother us much. The only downside was that some campers ignored the 5 mph speed limit, with a few vehicles and RVs driving much too fast through the park. Overall, it was a great experience, and if we ever travel through Utah again, we’d definitely stay here!

This place was amazing. The place was clean and had the most friendly stuff. We were sleeping in the van but noticed that their was a smell coming from our vents. So they put us up in a cabin for only $10.99 for one night. Will most definitely come back.

Worth the short drive off the Interstate. This KOA is in a more rural location and has the beautiful Salt Lake City mountains nearly in their backyard. We were greeted by a nice young man who seemed invested in our stay being a pleasant one. Great selection of locally made canned preserves and salsa in the gift shop. It made for a great overnight on our vacation and will use it again!

We’ve stayed at this KOA a few times and every time we’re here, the staff are super friendly, they have an ice cream social hour every day and it’s all you can eat for $6.00, and the grounds are spectacular! Camille is who took care of us this trip and she was great!! Highly recommend this KOA, whether it’s a one night stay or your destination!
